Under the supervision of the SBS Controller, the Senior Manager, SBS Finance/Accountng is responsible for overseeing the review and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual Division P&Ls; monthly forecasting; preparation and management of semi-annual operating and capital investment budgets; business unit support; business case analysis; SBS A/R Collection/Cash Application/Credit functions; as well as special projects as assigned.


  • Oversee the development of all SBS planning, including the semiannual budgeting process and capital investment planning
  • Provide financial analysis support to SBS Branches including the development of financial plans to support operational and strategic decisions/opportunities
  • Participate in monthly closing processes.
  • Prepare and/or review consolidated schedules at quarterly and fiscal closings
  • Assist in preparation of financial executive summaries for monthly management meetings
  • Assure that all J-Sox controls supporting the integrity of the general ledger are in place, functioning and meet tests of design and effectiveness.
  • Provide support of centralized A/R and Cash Applications function and on-going process support with the outsourcer. Manage the vendor relationship and ensure SBS customer relationships are properly maintained.
  • Identifies areas of internal control weakness and make appropriate recommendations primarily in the inventory and cost of sales areas.
  • Assist in various assignments, tasks and special projects as assigned by Management


  • B.S. degree in Accounting required

  • MBA and/or CPA preferred
  • At least 7-15 years of general accounting and financial reporting experience in related industry
  • Strong knowledge of operational and financial processes and practical application of financial and strategic analysis
  • Ability to be recognized as a leader in the Company’s Finance function. Demonstrate tactical and strategic thinking leadership skills as well as a high level of integrity
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel required. Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Access and Word also required

  • Working knowledge of SAP and SAP Business Warehouse desired

  • Must have good oral and written communication
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical and leadership skills required
