Overview

The role of the vCIO (virtual CIO) Program Manager is to support the post-sale resources and processes associated with the Managed Network Services (MNS) program. This includes assisting in the project management of large MNS implementations, tracking onboarding results in association with revenue recognition requirements, monitoring the completion of QBR’s by branch, assisting in the ongoing training and development of the vCIOs and occasionally providing technical support as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development, monitoring and execution of project plans associated with larger MNS opportunities.
  • Monitor client on-boarding results and ensure all required steps are completed by branch personnel in a timely manner.
  • Ensure QBR’s are completed by branch personnel in a timely manner for all accounts >$1,000 per month in recurring revenue value.
  • Coach, mentor, motivate and manage MNS vCIO team members and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work:
    • On-boarding new customers
    • Completing QBR’s
    • Budget attainment
    • Portal management
    • Certifications
  • Build employee specific development plans for vCIOs and monitor progress
  • Develop best practices for the vCIO team to follow and track progress
  • Assist with technical support as needed

Time on task:

  • 25% - Project planning support
  • 20% - On-boarding monitoring and reporting
  • 10% - QBR monitoring and reporting
  • 15% - vCIO coaching and mentoring
  • 10% - vCIO employee development
  • 10% - Develop and launch vCIO operation procedures to be followed
  • 10% - Technical support

Qualifications

  • 5+ Years MFP/Printer/IT Service Industry experience required
  • Highly detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Experience assisting in delivery and creation of professional sales presentations.
  • Experience team selling to local commercial accounts in territory
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Microsoft CNA Certification
  • CompTIA A+ and Net+ Certification
