The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for achieving annual goals by managing assigned territories and supporting Business Development Managers. The ISR will be responsible for and measured by the following performance metrics.
The Inside Sales Representative will cultivate dealers within a geographic region and profile the reseller sales representatives. They will also coordinate with the Regional Sales Managers on any aspect that requires an onsite presence. They will provide timely updates to all parties on performance, opportunities, key reseller sales reps and needs like training, pricing, etc. to drive growth and achievement of the reseller’s primary objectives.
