Overview

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for achieving annual goals by managing assigned territories and supporting Business Development Managers.  The ISR will be responsible for and measured by the following performance metrics.

 

  • Growth of Active Dealers in assigned territories.
  • Growth of revenue in assigned territories.
  • Registration follow up and Salesforce Pipeline.

 

The Inside Sales Representative will cultivate dealers within a geographic region and profile the reseller sales representatives.  They will also coordinate with the Regional Sales Managers on any aspect that requires an onsite presence.  They will provide timely updates to all parties on performance, opportunities, key reseller sales reps and needs like training, pricing, etc. to drive growth and achievement of the reseller’s primary objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Support all IDP Sharp Product line with emphasis on Professional Displays and B2B AQUOS.
  • Manages top customers within assigned region.
  • Acquires new customers from an assigned geography, and/or a set of named prospects.
  • Build relationships with reseller and end user organizations.
  • Manage major opportunities and work closely with and leverage the selected channel partners to maximize the revenue opportunities within the territory.
  • Call on and manage all product registrations and filter to opportunities to RSM’s.
  • Communicate new product introductions and Sharp pricing changes to appropriate channels.
  • Assist other sales and services resources when called upon.

 ACCOUNTABILITIES AND PERFORMANCE MEASURES

 

  • Achieves assigned sales quota.
  • Achieves new account acquisition targets.
  • Completes required training and development objectives.

 

The ISRs will utilize all existing tools to support the dealers as well as manage their goals:

 

  • Salesforce.com.
  • Ultimate Rewards.
  • Trainers and web based training.

 

Qualifications

  • 4 year Bachelors Degree required.
  • 2 years B2B selling experience required, telemarketing preferred.
  • AV selling experience ideal.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills required.
  • Knowledge and use of SFDC, MS Office required.
