  • Overview

    The function of the On Site MNS Coordinator is to manage the printer fleet within a variety of customer locations.  This role will provide continuity in print functionality, communications, evaluations, tracking, and resolutions to the many aspect of the day to day print operations.  The position will partner with each location and be a liaison between Sharp and the client site.

    Responsibilities

    • Manages all aspects of fleet reporting such as inventory, usage, and adherence to the client site standards for their print operations
    • First responder to trouble shoot equipment failures and user needs
    • Consistently meets timelines and expectations on queue resolution, communicating actions and confirming resolutions to all appropriate parties at Sharp and the client site
    • Creates and maintains site evaluation criteria, as well as creating processes for ordering machines, supplies, and software while tracking these items for accounting and cost purposes
    • Evaluates and facilitates the equipment request approval processes, understanding exceptions and providing details to the client site to gain approval and move forward with requests
    • Efficiently performs logistical tasks necessary for delivery, installation, implementation of all things print related
    • Provides user training and training materials to users as requested
    • Completes all necessary paperwork and follow-up documentation from moves, new equipment placement, inventory controls, invoices for both Sharp and the client site
    • Large project lead, determining labor needs and coordinating the manpower needed for successful and on-budget implementation

    Qualifications

    • 2+ years of print fleet management experience
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • Robust understanding of Copiers/MFP’s/Scanners
    • Must be able to help in the physical installation of equipment; ability to push/pull/lift 50+lbs
    • Excellent Customer Service skills
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills 
    • Ability to communicate complex technical features in an understandable, simple, and memorable manner
