    Under the direction of the Manager Master Data, the Jr Data Analyst will be responsible for daily operations of master data maintenance in accordance with the SAP Master Data goverance of best practices, policies and procedures for Sharp Electronics Corporation in the Americas.  Responsible for executing data maintenance for all Master Data and Pricing process flows and related functions for assigned business units.


    • Execute new and maintain existing SAP Master Data records for Material, Customer, and Pricing data.
    • Communicate all pricing, programs, and promotions updates to VMI partner(s).
    • Programs all Special Approvals, discounts, surcharges, split commissions and terms.
    • Manages all Dealer Contracts and creates new account records for Copier (SNAP and Wholesale), CCR’s, SSG Accounts and PDD accounts.
    • Insures the accuracy of newly created accounts by running reports to verify the correctness of Master Data. Performs monthly self-assessment JSOX controls to verify accuracy of data.
    • Insures the accuracy of newly created Rep Codes and roll-up hierarchies for commissions and reporting purposes.
    • Manages all Customer Master Data fields and relative Compliance fields for SIICA, SMA, SSG and SMCA.
    • Manages all mass changes to customer master data.
    • Manages all aspects of Dealer Contracts, Dealer Database, Listings/Exclusions, Territory Assignments, Product and Training authorizations, including all SAP tables.
    • Insures the accuracy of Where To Get It website via ZDLR authorizations.
    • Manages all EDI tables and functionality.
    • Manages all CCR tables and assignments.
    • Manages all B2B Portal and Sharp Order Dealer Licenses and Authorizations.
    • Reviews all SIICA Marketing Programs from a Master Data administrative standpoint prior to implementation.
    • Produces dealer listings, mailing lists and other reports as required.
    • Communicates and interacts with other Businesss Unit Heads to streamline processes.


    • Bachelor’s degree required.
    • 1-3 years related experience preferred.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Microsoft Office proficiency, with advanced skills in Excel and/or Access.
    • Previous experience using SAP, Master Data preferred. 
    • Excellent management and teaching skills.
    • Must be self-motivated and a problem solver.
