    Reporting to the Director of Technology, the Associate Technology Integration Manager is responsible for the sales and pre sales support activities for Sharp Channel Partners and Customers involving advanced MFP, Production and AV products. Encompassing advanced technology and the integration of in house and third party software applications. Identifying workflow for Sharp technology and applications within the end user environment and guiding the Sharp Channel Partners on their infrastructure to achieve incremental increase of MFP, Production and AV sales. As well as providing internal education for the latest technology differentiators to the Sharp sales team.  

        

    Responsibilities

    • Achievement of MFP and AV sales quota and team development objectives.
    • Provide field sales support for Sharp and third party’s application software, network connectivity, print and scan system integration, and advanced firmware features/functions.
    • Provide Channel Partner and/or end customer consultation and presentations regarding document workflow assessments and associated recommended systems configurations and solutions
    • Promote the market growth of Sharp’s Technology and Applications to increase sales of Sharp MFP’s and AV Products.
    • Prepare and drive scalable and repeatable dealer training and communications on product portfolio beyond the TBM trainings.
    • Provide input and feedback through Product Marketing and Product Planning regarding product/network interface requirements and software integration requirements.
    • Directly support Sharp Channel Partners advance their business in the following areas:
    • Sales and Marketing: Assist Channel Partner sales management in putting together a viable sales and professional services infrastructure working with them to assure successful program development.
    • Technical Support: Provide primary pre-sales training and support for systems Channel Partners involving application software as well as advanced networking and connectivity features for larger opportunities.
    • Presentation development: Create presentations and tools designed to improve the acceptance of Sharp Technology and Applications by Channel Partner and customer accounts.
    • Proposal Development: Put in place Channel Partner support programs to improve application knowledge and end user proposal content and accuracy.
    • Training: Train Dealers on advance Technology integrations for Sharp products.
    • Promote All Sharp’s AV, digital, color, other, and software products and marketing strategies and programs by assisting in programs commensurate with Sharp’s Policies and Procedures.
    • Maintain knowledge of relevant color, network and software technologies while achieving required technical certifications

     

     

    ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Track digital product business development and trends in their respective area providing real time snapshots of business status whenever required by corporate management.
    • Implement a personal time management system which assures prompt and accurate response to customer requests for technical and marketing support.
    • Provide continual feedback to management regarding market conditions, and new market opportunities.
    • Comply with time, territory and expense report procedures
    • Collect and pass to Marketing representative end-user network and application surveys and keep track of network development trends in major end-user networks.
    • Provide monthly reporting of activities including customer sales opportunities and channel       partner education activities.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 2+ years in an equivalent application/sales engineering position with proven sales/support experience
    • Associates degree or completion of relevant post-secondary technical and computer related training programs. i.e. BS in Computer Science, CNE, MCSE.
    • Minimum of 2 or more years of field and corporate experience with software and/or network sales and technical support.
    • Experience specifically with pre-sale, and sales support activity, as well as service related support issues.
    • In depth knowledge of the most widely used network technologies and topologies, and industry software.
    • Knowledge of Apple products as well as Windows based computers.
    • Knowledge of IOS and Android mobile devices.
    • Ability to produce documents on Microsoft Office products, Office, PowerPoint and Excel.
    • Working Knowledge of Sales Force.
    • Familiarity with scanners and image storage systems as well as document distribution devices and software.
    • Ability to communicate technical information effectively verbally, in written and graphic formats.
    • Understanding of network/enterprise software. i.e. (SAP, SharePoint software)
    • 75% plus travel.
