    The National Sales Coordinator – SBS will have the responsibility of supporting the efforts of the Senior Vice President (SVP) and Regional Vice Presidents (RVP) ensuring the smooth functioning of SBS headquarters and national sales operations.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide sales data from the branches or other sources and compile and publish monthly stack rankings, president’s club and Incentive status by sales person
    • Maintain real time charts showing the actual assigned quota for each of our 40+ sales managers
    • Gather sales data from the branches or other sources and compile and publish monthly stack rankings by sales manager by percentage of quota, Monthly Revenue, Fiscal to Date Revenue
    • Maintain and oversee the SBS Gift Card program according to current SEC policies and procedures
    • Maintain, record and respond to Sales rep requests for Visual Solutions pricing for qualified Pro Av registrations
    • Coordinate and communicate meetings and events for Senior team including travel logistics and venue details
    • Supports Regional Vice Presidents
    • Interface with Human Resources to maintain real time sales staffing status for each branch allowing RVP to know at all times sales staffing levels and requirement in all branches
    • Interface with Human Resources to pull sales turnover reports so that action plans can be developed for problem branches/managers
    • Create statistical reports using Profiles International data, sales productivity data and turnover data to identify improvement opportunities in our hiring profiles and processes
    • Maintain monthly branch data that rankings branches on numerous categories versus plan to be submitted to the SVP, RVP and Human Resources at the beginning of each month
    • Manage and assure expense reporting for Senior Team is done in a timely manner and according to current T & E policies
    • Serve as gatekeeper to SVP and RVP’s, ensuring access to them is properly scheduled and coordinated to achieve greatest efficiency
    • Assist national Directors with the execution of special projects that occur during the fiscal

    Qualifications

    • Two or four-year college degree is preferred
    • 1-3 years’ experience in administration
    • Previous experience directly supporting senior level executives a plus
    • Minimum 1-3 years experience in a sales, marketing or similar support role
    • Extensive experience with Microsoft office with a heavy emphasis on Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint presentation preparation
    • Highly detail oriented
    • Superb communications, organizational, and computational skills
    • Strong ability to work independently and receive direction remotely
