  • Overview

    Reporting to the Team Sales Manager, the Sales Support Assistant provides administrative and marketing support to sales staff at branch locations.

    Responsibilities

    The responsibilities and authorities stated below are subject to established policies.

     

    • Administrator for SalesForce.com (at steady state)
    • Assisting admin and sales with order packets and entry into workflow system, coordinating with the lease administrator
    • Coordinate with Operations to manage post sales cycle updates to include delivery, training, and other pertinent information
    • Obtaining account review data with Sales Professionals to enable more QBR’s and customer facing meetings
    • Manage customer problem resolution log to include toner, service call, and billing inquiries
    • Outgoing telephone calls to current customer base exploring upgrade options, additional software solutions, etc. (as time permits)
    • Proactive lease portfolio management and engagement to expand sales opportunities
    • Initiating digital marketing campaigns and mailings to increase sales leads and raise awareness of SBS Seattle
    • Answering incoming sales lead calls, basic qualifying and insuring of follow-up through sales management.
    • Oversee Field Engineer sales lead program and provide feedback to Service Management
    • Collateral material/accessories management includes stocking and maintaining brochures/specs for channel specific dealer kits, assemble dealer, rep, and distributor kits for sales meetings/shows and trade show coordination
    • Project managing marketing and customer events as requested by leadership

    Qualifications

    • College degree preferred or 2-4 years equivalent experience as an assistant in a sales organization or similar capacity
    • Salesforce.com experience a plus
    • Highly detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills
    • Expert level knowledge of Microsoft office suite including, Excel and PowerPoint
    • Experience creating and assisting in delivery of professional sales presentations
    • Excellent written and oral communications skills
    • Ability and desire to sell Sharp Business products over the telephone
