The role of the MNS Technical Support Analyst is to support the MNS program by scoping and supporting projects as well as addressing escalations. This role will handle server administration and management, backup, networking, and security issues along with other technologies. This role is customer-facing while proving technical support. Maintaining a good rapport with the client and the internal staff is a key component of this role.
