    Reporting to the Branch General Sales Manager the Managed Print Services Analyst is responsible for assisting with the running of the MPS (Managed Print Services) program for a Sharp Business Systems branch.

    Responsibilities

    • In coordination with the Branch Sales Managers and Branch Account Executives, coordinate and launch a data collection software application/utility to current and potential customers for the purposes of meter collection and document analysis. 
    • Assist in site and user surveys.
    • Be responsible for initial setup of new MPS customers.
    • Conduct site walkthroughs and interviews with customers and potential customers to gain better understanding of needs and preferences.
    • Analyze knowledge gained from interviews and walkthroughs to offer product mix and placement suggestions to sales manager and/or client.
    • Enter data from data collection software/utility into Sharp’s CRM.
    • Generate total cost of ownership reports for existing fleet.
    • Train new customers on data collection software/utilities.
    • Analyze clients’ wide array of print-related costs in order to establish critical benchmarks against which cost savings will be measured.
    • Create client specific “user rules” designed to modify user printing behavior for maximum efficiency and/or client cost savings.
    • Work with customers to create and generate automated reports on print usage that can be utilized by the customer.
    • Review monthly meter/data for accuracy.
    • Work with sales professionals and sales managers to review quarterly reports for refresh or upgrade opportunities.

    Qualifications

    • College degree preferred
    • 1-3 years previous sales experience
    • Highly detail oriented with exceptional organizational and presentation skills
    • Experience creating and assisting in delivery of professional sales presentations
    • Experience and high level of competence with MS Office suite applications
