Overview

The Customer Service/Billing Analyst provides customers and dealers billing and dispatch services related to Sharp’s National Account Program.

Responsibilities

Handle all aspects of national account maintenance including maintenance contract order administration and billing, as well as call center support and resolution, dispatch and service billing.

 

Purchase Orders

  • Review service purchase orders for completeness and accuracy. Accept or reject for inadequacy of information and communicate directly with customers/dealers to resolve all PO issues.

 

Billing

  • Set up billing contracts of all new machines to be billed through SAP.
  • Ensure all meter read data is entered into SAP via B2B upload or manually.

 

Chargebacks

  • Investigate and resolve all invoice “chargebacks” within 60 days of receipt of the chargeback notice from collections. Contact customers to assess reason for non-payment in order to determine the validity of the invoice or conclude inaccuracy of the claim. Reject chargeback or approve (making any necessary adjustments or corrections to the invoice)

 

Service

  • Place, follow up and close out all service and supply calls.

 

Dealer Disputes

  • Research all dealer disbursement disputes and either reject them or confirm accuracy of how dealer was paid and adjust compensation accordingly.  Collaborate with sales team to resolve service related issues.  Work directly with internal staff on service contract issues ( i.e. equipment moves, new installs, unit inspections, service problems, etc.)

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience, preferably in service dispatch and billing.
  • Experience working with billing, service, and/or maintenance contracts is desired.
  • Bachelors degree is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of  SAP and CRM module desired
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word 
  • Analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Must have demonstrated ability to handle a high call volume and provide a high level of service to external customers and dealers
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
