Overview

The eCommerce Operations Associate Manager will be responsible for driving site growth and ensuring operational excellence for the Sharp Imaging and Information Company of America’s eCommerce platform. 

 

As part of our Supply Chain & Operations division, the Associate Manager, eCommerce Operations will be working closely with our marketing, sales channels and business planning teams. This role supports the go-to-market efforts of our B2B sales branches and the dealer network nationwide.  

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact within the eCommerce initiative and the business to evaluate, prioritize, develop, manage, and implement eCommerce strategies.
  • Develop and oversee processes required to run a digital commerce business.
  • Act as site administrator, authorize new customers
  • Plan and work closely with product, operations and marketing teams to develop and execute additions, changes and modifications to the products, pricing and promotions housed on the eCommerce portal.
  • Create bundle solutions that meet the sales and marketing strategy
  • Manage site design, SKUs and vendors according to strategy
  • Maintain catalog, product categories, and pricing within the site
  • Create and report on the status of the digital commerce business.
  • Track site traffic and customer purchasing patterns
  • Work closely with 3rd party site technologists, payment companies and partners to ensure accurate information and an excellent user experience.
  • Develop and manage a framework for prioritization of projects and enhancements and lead cross-functional teams in execution.
  • Develop, document, and maintain in house knowledge of 3rd party system and process for ecommerce fulfillment
  • Develop plans for white labeled version of site for reseller partners
  • Actively identify business opportunities, diagnose problems, identify risks, and drive issues to resolution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years marketing or ecommerce experience
  • Technically savvy, with ability to manage parameters in eCommerce site
  • Possesses analytical skills to understand pricing and margin structures
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Works well under time constraints and pressure situations, in an organized, efficient manner.
  • Ability to get along with and communicate with many different types of people and enjoys working on variety of projects at the same time.
  • Up to 10% national travel may be required
