Under the direction of VP New Business Development, ProAV Partner Program Manager is responsible for the formulation and execution of a fully integrated ProAV Program strategy from concept, through launch and sales, focused specifically on assigned ProAV Products and our partners including integration.


Will consider the following geographical locations to be based out of:  Indiana or NY/NJ, SC, or GA


  • Responsible for the integrated product concept through implementation for Sharp SBS ProAV Product Line
  • Preparation and implementation of product marketing strategy and analysis activities in coordination with Sharp Business Systems (SBS) goals and objectives.
  • Direct efforts of competitive analysis to keep abreast of current market conditions and trends.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of activities including 3rd Party product selection and integration, pricing, programs, collateral materials and general marketing support as required by the product segment.
  • Responsible for creating product specific collateral material (i.e. product brochures, product presentations, web page content, announcement bulletins, photo library, competitive analysis, product positioning, etc).
  • Work in a team with other Technology Services Group (TSG) Managers under the direction of the VP of New Business Development on special projects and to develop coordinated full line strategy proposals and presentations.
  • Work in a team with Director of SBS ProAV Sales and the SBS Branch ProAV Sales Specialists to ensure our products and offerings are in line with Sales and marketing directions.
  • Assist the product/sales training and support departments with required component development.
  • Support product post launch by working with SBS Service to develop and support aftermarket programs including Customer Assistance Call Center, service network strategy and address field quality issues.
  • Assist in the coordination of Events and meetings including Demo setup/teardown and presentations.
  • Participation in PSI to ensure proper inventory and transition management.
  • Identify features and functions necessary for inclusion into future products based on an in-depth survey of market needs and present these in the form of a proposal to Sharp and SharpNEC Mgmt.
  • Provide analysis of competitive products.
  • Assist Sharp and SharpNEC in the development of product specifications for new Professional Display Products
  • Review engineering designs and specifications and provide feedback to Sharp and SharpNEC.


  • Technical background in ProAV technologies
  • 5+ years experience with commercial ProAV or related products.
  • Experience in setting and executing business plans, strategies and objectives
  • Ability to analyze internal/external data to be used for decision making
  • Excellent written and oral skills
  • Strong computer skills, specifically MS office suite including MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
  • BA / BS in business or technology field
  • Up to 20% travel within continental U.S.
