- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field a plus.
- Minimum 3 year of hands-on technical experience managing/supporting multi-server Microsoft environments.
- Hands-on virtualization (Hyper-V and/or VMWare) experience preferred.
- Strong experience deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting network firewalls and switches preferred.
- Must be a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer or be willing to acquire certification as part of the employment agreement.
- Must be certified in Network technologies through a major vendor or be willing to acquire certification as part of the employment agreement.
- Must be certified in a Cyber Security architecture through a major security organization or be willing to acquire certification as part of the employment agreement.
- Experience deploying, managing, and troubleshooting Microsoft Azure and Office 365 technologies preferred.
- Managed Service Provider and/or Managed Security Service Provider experience a plus.
- Network-based Storage Technology (SAN) experience a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, detailed oriented, ability to track and thoroughly communicate on multiple ongoing projects for multiple clients.
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently as well as participate as part of a group managing other resources on larger projects.
- Must be able to work with multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidate must be comfortable actively communicating with all levels within an organization. 60% In-office/remote work / 35% local day travel / 5% overnight travel.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to provide own reliable transportation.
