As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a skilled Production Print Demo Center Manager / Customer Experience Center Manager who excels not only in operating our state-of-the-art digital presses but also in customer demos, proposals, and needs analysis.


As a Customer Experience Center Manager at Sharp Electronics, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the production of high-quality printed materials for our clients. You will also be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers, conducting demos, creating proposals, and performing in-depth needs analysis to tailor our printing services to meet their unique requirements.

Responsibilities

Digital Press Operation:

  • Operate and maintain digital 6-color production presses, ensuring consistent and high-quality print output.
  • Troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during production to minimize downtime.

Customer Demos:

  • Conduct product demonstrations for potential clients, showcasing the capabilities and quality of our digital printing technology.
  • Effectively communicate the advantages and features of our printing solutions.

Proposal Development:

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create customized solution proposals for clients.
  • Provide support of accurate product configurations, cost estimates and pricing information.

Needs Analysis:

  • Engage with clients to understand their specific printing needs and objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth needs analysis to recommend the most suitable printing solutions.

Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure that all printed materials meet or exceed quality standards and client specifications.
  • Perform regular quality checks and adjustments as necessary.

Equipment Maintenance:

  • Maintain and calibrate digital production presses to optimize performance.
  • Schedule and oversee routine maintenance and repairs.

Safety and Compliance:

  • Adhere to safety protocols and best practices to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience operating print production equipment
  • Prior hands on experience with a digital 6 color production press is a plus
  • Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting digital printing equipment
  • Customer Interaction: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to conduct demos, understand client needs, and develop proposals.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to address technical issues and optimize print quality.
  • A keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality output.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work closely with sales and marketing teams.

Compensation for this position

The compensation range for this role is $44,100 - $92,920. The listed salary range or contractual rate excludes bonuses, incentives, differential pay, and any other forms of compensation or benefits. The starting salary will be determined by several variables, including but not limited to experience, education, training, certification, and location. You may also be eligible to receive an annual discretionary incentive award, commissions, and program-specific awards, which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
