Overview

To support our growing business, Sharp Electronics is looking for a Selling Sales Manager to increase sales in our Business Systems division. We are currently hiring for opportunities in our Tampa area sales office.  

 

The Selling Sales Manager is responsible for sales activities of a team of Account Executives ensuring that all team members meet established sales quotas. In addition, this person is also responsible for establishing and achieving individual sales targets and quota.  This role works closely with other members of the leadership team to develop and execute new business strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Leads a team of Sales Account Executives to achieve client revenue targets.
  • Attract, hire, and provide training for continuous development of the sales team.
  • Review and collaborate with Account Executives on their performance to achieve sales quota.
  • Creates and defines personal contribution targets.
  • Establishes weekly cadence for pipeline accountability and execution of daily sales activities.
  • Partners with Branch sales specialists and service technicians to achieve client satisfaction.
  • Provides written feedback to sales team regarding performance versus objectives, and clear direction on recovery actions.
  • Resolves client sales requests through problem solving process, developing solutions, and providing recommendations.
  • Leads team through sales enablement tools and education to identify new business opportunities.
  • Continue self-development of professional and technical knowledge through attending educational webinars, create social-selling networks and avenues to increase sales meeting opportunities.
  • Expected to achieve sales quotas, sales activities, and provide both personal and team results to marketplace GM/GSM.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Associates degree desired
  • 3+ years outside sales experience
  • Experience selling document technology services and solutions preferred
  • Experience with virtual platforms (ie. MS Teams)
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
  • Enterprise selling skills at senior levels, working with key decisions makers (C-level corporate managers)
  • Solutions oriented, complex problem solving
  • High-level interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience creating and assisting in delivery of professional sales presentations.
  • Valid US driver’s license and means to drive to multiple locations on a daily basis required

Compensation for this position

The compensation range for this role is $54,225-93,300. The listed salary range or contractual rate excludes bonuses, incentives, differential pay, and any other forms of compensation or benefits. The starting salary will be determined by several variables, including but not limited to experience, education, training, certification, and location. You may also be eligible to receive an annual discretionary incentive award, commissions, and program-specific awards, which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
