The Regional Business Development Representative (Inside Sales Rep) is a specialized in-house sales role that works closely with the sales leadership and sales team. The primary responsibility of this position is to generate qualified new client leads to set appointments for branch sales representatives. Additional functions include maintaining customer relationship database.
The majority of the day will be focused on daily outbound prospecting activities via phone calls, emails, marketing campaigns and lead generation to clients to secure qualified appointments for branch sales representatives.

Compensation for this position
The compensation range for this role is $25,970-$74,750. The listed salary range or contractual rate excludes bonuses, incentives, differential pay, and any other forms of compensation or benefits. The starting salary will be determined by several variables, including but not limited to experience, education, training, certification, and location. You may also be eligible to receive an annual discretionary incentive award, commissions, and program-specific awards, which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
