Overview

The ContractsCoordinator position is responsible for the timely and accurate creation and processing of contract billing, in compliance with all Sharp Electronics policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of maintenance contract documents including MICAS (meter automation) requirements and valid account contacts
  • Enter maintenance contracts in SAP and CRM while ensuring the proper recognition of revenue in accordance with Company policy
  • Tracking and timely reporting of contract billing status as per Billing Due List and Missing Meter Reports
  • Meter Automation administration to include coordination with Customer Experience Manager for installation of meter automation agents
  • Assist with administrative and operational functions and projects as requested by management 
  • Review and maintain relationships and inter-territorial arrangements with dealers in coordination with Customer Experience Manager.
  • Lease Portfolio Management and Meter Reporting
  • Work closely with Finance team in review and maintenance of AR Lease Residual functions.
  • Coordinate with Customer Service Reps regarding issues related to billing, customer inquiries as well as assisting RMS with Accounts Receivable issue resolution
  • Provide administrative and system support for assigned sales representatives
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years experience as an assistant in a sales organization or similar capacity in an administrative or financing role
  • Highly detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel
  • Superb written and oral communications skills
  • College degree preferred
  • Experience with SAP preferred

Compensation for this position

The compensation range for this role is $26,550-$58,800. The listed salary range or contractual rate excludes bonuses, incentives, differential pay, and any other forms of compensation or benefits. The starting salary will be determined by several variables, including but not limited to experience, education, training, certification, and location. You may also be eligible to receive an annual discretionary incentive award, commissions, and program-specific awards, which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
