Overview

This Inventory Coordinator position is responsible for ensuring that all Pro AV/Audio Visual equipment, supplies, and materials are received, stored, cataloged, and shipments prepared in a manner consistent with Sharp Business Systems best practices. Must maintain and coordinate appropriate stock levels through inventory controls.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for assisting with the purchasing and receiving functions including timely and accurate recording in operating system
  • Responsible for inventory control, including equipment fixed assets, cycle counts and physical inventories per Company policy
  • Maintain adequate and appropriate stocking levels
  • Coordinates and tracks return of non-Company assets by working closely with administration and sales personnel
  • Maintain inventory in an organized and labeled method working with warehouse personnel
  • Operate machinery such as forklifts to properly store materials
  • Maintain overall warehouse organization and cleanliness
  • Pick and prepare orders for assembly or shipment
  • Order tracking thru various vendor relationships
  • Assist with organization for projects to be labeled correctly and identifiable for delivery drivers to loadnon-company
  • Order tracking of incoming and outgoing stock
  • Assist with daily trash and recycling management
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • 3-5 years previous warehouse experience
  • Prior experience doing inventory with audio visual equipment
  • Strong computer skills including equipment replenishment logic
  • Familiarity with warehouse equipment including hand trucks, pallet jacks and lift gates
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communications skills
  • General computer skills including the use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Ability to use RF devices for inventory management

Compensation for this position

The compensation range for this role is $32,000 - 47,000. The listed salary range or contractual rate excludes bonuses, incentives, differential pay, and any other forms of compensation or benefits. The starting salary will be determined by several variables, including but not limited to experience, education, training, certification, and location. You may also be eligible to receive an annual discretionary incentive award, commissions, and program-specific awards, which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
