Overview

Under direct supervision of the Manager, Treasury, the Treasury Analyst handles daily cash management, cash accounting, short term borrowing/investing wires, AR reconciliations and special projects.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily cash process for SEC and DBA operations
  • Review all cash management transactions
  • Execute daily concentration of cash and borrowing when applicable
  • Maintain account balances
  • Determine the company’s cash position
  • Monitor posting of daily cash activities
  • Perform daily bank account reconciliation
  • Execute wire transfers and other funding to balance the company’s daily cash position
  • Maintain credit card logs and research any issues
  • Assist with the preparation of monthly reports
  • Perform banking payee maintenance
  • Maintain treasury files and create new spreadsheets
  • Provide data for monthly journal entries relating to cash management activity
  • Assist with treasury solutions including systems
  • Participate in ongoing personal development training

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required. CTP credential is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Corporate Treasury or Corporate Finance
  • Ability to apply strong knowledge of treasury concepts, general accounting, and processes of U.S. financial institutions.
  • Ability to acquire knowledge of Web-based banking systems and treasury management systems.
  • Strong PC skills in Windows-based environment. Working knowledge of SAP and MS Office applications.

Compensation for this position

The compensation range for this role is $69,100- $90,000. The listed salary range or contractual rate excludes bonuses, incentives, differential pay, and any other forms of compensation or benefits. The starting salary will be determined by several variables, including but not limited to experience, education, training, certification, and location. You may also be eligible to receive an annual discretionary incentive award, commissions, and program-specific awards, which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
