Summer Intern - Sales

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Analyst Intern to join our team. This position is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in sales operations, Salesforce administration, lead generation, and sales data analysis. The intern will support the organization in streamlining processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Sales Data Analysis

• Learn basic navigation of Sales Force CRM and Power BI Platforms including report creation and publishing.
• Conduct User Interviews and Surveys to assess reporting needs versus and compare with current capabilities
  • Gather qualitative and quantitative data from a diverse group of users: sales, marketing, Sales Operations) and executive staff; GM, SVP Sales, SVP Marketing, VP End User Sales, AVP Demand Generation.
• Identify common pain points, desired features, and suggestions for improvement.
• Provide actionable recommendations based on interviews and data analysis.

Lead Generation

• Organize InfoComm trade show leads into dashborad in SalesForce.com to monitor progress
• Create progress report in Sales Force to monitor progress 

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced sales environment.

Summer Internship Details:

• Compensation: The hourly rate is $18/hr.
• Duration: The internship program spans approximately 10 weeks, running from June 2nd to August 15th, 2025.
• Work Arrangement: This is a hybrid position, requiring interns to be in the office in Downers Grove, IL four days a week (Monday to Thursday), with Fridays designated for remote work at the manager's discretion.  .
• Housing: We do not provide housing or a housing stipend for interns.
• Work Visa: Unfortunately, we do not offer work visa sponsorship for this role, including participation in Curricular Practical Training (CPT), Optional Practical Training (OPT), and F-1 Visa programs.
