The Sr. Mechanical Manager supports and engineers’ activity of Mobile LCD development projects especially for small size devices, working with Design Center in Japan, providing leadership in the conception, definition, planning, and directing of new concepts and approaches to the design and the development of new technologies. Responsible for mechanical engineering of the new product development from conception to market.
Performs all tasks in accordance with company policies and procedures, exercising reasonable regard for his or her own safety, the safety of others, and the safety and security of company property.
Compensation for this position
The compensation range for this role is $152,000- $185,000. The listed salary range or contractual rate excludes bonuses, incentives, differential pay, and any other forms of compensation or benefits. The starting salary will be determined by several variables, including but not limited to experience, education, training, certification, and location. You may also be eligible to receive an annual discretionary incentive award, commissions, and program-specific awards, which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
