• Collaborates with and receives mentorship from experienced Field Service Technicians in installing, maintaining, and repairing cutting-edge Sharp equipment within a designated territory.
• Resolve at least 85% of service calls independently post-training, striving for mastery in equipment maintenance.
• Conducts mechanical and electronic adjustments on equipment as per Technical Service Manual and Field Engineering Bulletins.
• Interprets schematics and conducts electrical troubleshooting, including our complete digital product line.
• Handles customer relations independently, escalating complex situations as necessary.
• Manages parts inventory efficiently to support smooth operations.
• Completes administrative tasks promptly and accurately.
• Collaborates with colleagues and management to achieve service goals and maintain a positive work environment.
• Reports equipment performance issues to the Branch Field Service Manager and any steps you have taken to resolve them.
• Assists with additional duties as assigned by the Branch Field Service Manager.

Compensation for this position
The compensation range for this role is $34,000-$46,420. The listed salary range or contractual rate excludes bonuses, incentives, differential pay, and any other forms of compensation or benefits. The starting salary will be determined by several variables, including but not limited to experience, education, training, certification, and location. You may also be eligible to receive an annual discretionary incentive award, commissions, and program-specific awards, which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
