The Contract Coordinator Meter Automation position is responsible for the coordination and administration of meter automation within the branches they are assigned to. They will also assist the Contract team with the timely and accurate creation and processing of contract billing, in compliance with all Sharp Electronics policies and procedures.
• Meter Automation administration to include coordination with the Branch Service Manager for installation of meter automation agents
• Coordinate with all branch departments to ensure meter automation and Auto Toner Replenishment (ATR) is enabled on all MIF unless a customer account has specifically requested MIF not to have agents (i.e., MICAS, RED) installed.
• Utilize SAP & BW reporting to identify gaps and opportunities to increase ATR, meter, and contract automation
• Update SAP CRM records as needed to enable meter automation and ATR at the contract level (i.e. – communication mode)
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of maintenance contract documents including MICAS (meter automation) requirements and valid account contacts
• When required, assist the contract team with the entry of maintenance contracts in SAP and CRM while ensuring the proper recognition of revenue in accordance with Company policy
• Assist with administrative and operational functions and projects as requested by management
• Provide support for sales representatives with inquiries pertaining to customer contract billing, covered inventory, equipment usage, including providing support for Quarterly Business Reviews when the rep is unable to resource through Sales Force or Power BI.
• Other duties as assigned.
• 1-3 years’ experience as an assistant in a sales organization or similar capacity in an administrative or financing role
• Highly detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task multiple priorities
• Ability to work as a member of a team for a collective/common goal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel
• Superb written and oral communications skills
• College degree preferred
• Experience with SAP preferred

Compensation for this position
The compensation range for this role is $40,500-$72,200. The listed salary range or contractual rate excludes bonuses, incentives, differential pay, and any other forms of compensation or benefits. The starting salary will be determined by several variables, including but not limited to experience, education, training, certification, and location. You may also be eligible to receive an annual discretionary incentive award, commissions, and program-specific awards, which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
