Responsibilities

- Verify and maintain the accuracy of maintenance contract documents, including MICAS (meter automation) requirements and valid account contacts, ensuring compliance with Sharp Electronics policies.
- Input maintenance contracts into SAP and CRM systems to ensure proper revenue recognition aligns with company policies.
- Safeguard all contract-related documents (contracts, amendments, addendums, etc.) in CRM for future reference following contract setup or updates.
- Assist promptly with Jsox and GRC audit reporting requests to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Regularly review and manage contract renewal/price escalation settings to optimize automated processes and minimize manual workload using Mass Change tools.
- Utilize BW reporting tools to analyze contract data and ensure accuracy in contract terminations and billing status reports.
- Administer Meter Automation, coordinating with the Customer Experience Manager for agent installations, and support administrative and operational functions as directed by management.
- Manage relationships and territorial arrangements with dealers in coordination with the Customer Experience Manager to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Handle Lease Portfolio Management and Meter Reporting tasks, collaborating closely with the Finance team to review and maintain AR Lease Residual functions.
- Coordinate resolution of billing-related issues and customer inquiries with Customer Service Reps and assist RMS with Accounts Receivable matters.
- Provide sales representatives with assistance regarding customer contract billing, covered inventory, equipment usage, and support Quarterly Business Reviews as needed.
- Collaborate with sales representatives to ensure efficient contract setup/billing within system limitations/designs when drafting or modifying contracts.
- Support sales representatives in creating compliant contracts for promotions or specials, fostering teamwork to achieve company and departmental objectives.

- Other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications

- 1-3 years' experience in a sales organization or similar role involving administrative or financial responsibilities, demonstrating reliability and attention to detail.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, to analyze data and support operational efficiency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, facilitating clear and effective communication with stakeholders.
- College degree preferred.
- Experience with SAP preferred, demonstrating your technical proficiency in utilizing enterprise software.
- Strong team player focused on achieving company and departmental objectives.

Compensation for this position

The compensation range for this role is $$40,800 - $66,990. The listed salary range or contractual rate excludes bonuses, incentives, differential pay, and any other forms of compensation or benefits. The starting salary will be determined by several variables, including but not limited to experience, education, training, certification, and location. You may also be eligible to receive an annual discretionary incentive award, commissions, and program-specific awards, which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
