Overview

The Regional Branch Controller manages financial and administrative operations across multiple branch locations. They establish processes and controls to ensure compliance with corporate policies and act as the senior financial and business advisor to Branch Leadership, supporting daily operations and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

- Manage finance functions including monthly reporting, AR, AP, and accounting.
- Ensure accurate monthly accounting closure and preparation of financial statements for assigned Branch locations.
- Maintain financial integrity and enforce corporate accounting policies for multiple Branches within the region.
- Develop business plans with regional Branch management teams aligned with corporate objectives and local market conditions.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting efforts, perform variance analysis, and monitor trends.
- Provide financial and operational analysis to support Branch management decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout the region.
- Hire, train, and manage Finance and Accounting employees within the Region, including remote staff.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Accounting or related field, MBA or CPA preferred.
• Minimum 10 years previous business administration, finance or accounting experience.
• Minimum 7+ years of progressive managerial experience
• Strong SAP experience preferred
• Experience in managing remote staff preferred
• Some overnight travel to other business locations required

Compensation for this position

The compensation range for this role is $131,000 - $189,750. The listed salary range or contractual rate excludes bonuses, incentives, differential pay, and any other forms of compensation or benefits. The starting salary will be determined by several variables, including but not limited to experience, education, training, certification, and location. You may also be eligible to receive an annual discretionary incentive award, commissions, and program-specific awards, which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
