Under the direct supervision of the Branch Field Service Manager, the Field Service Representative (4) plays a crucial role in maintaining a designated territory of Sharp equipment, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction through effective communication and meticulous equipment maintenance. With extensive experience as a Field Service Technician, this role may involve mentoring entry-level technicians and managing special or large accounts, applying advanced problem-solving techniques as needed.
• 6-10 years of experience copier repair or repair and maintenance of electronic equipment.
• College degree or Technical vocational schooling preferred (electronics or electro-mechanical)
• Must possess CompTIA A+ and Net+ certification.
• Must possess effective communication skills and excellent customer service skills
• Advanced level application of diagnostic tools, organizational skills, and analytical skills
• Must successfully complete Sharp equipment pre-testing and training.
• Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office software products preferred.
• Valid Driver's License, and Automobile insurance within company guidelines

Compensation for this position
The compensation range for this role is $51,000- $71,000. The listed salary range or contractual rate excludes bonuses, incentives, differential pay, and any other forms of compensation or benefits. The starting salary will be determined by several variables, including but not limited to experience, education, training, certification, and location. You may also be eligible to receive an annual discretionary incentive award, commissions, and program-specific awards, which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
