Overview

The Finance Supervisor directs and coordinates activities of the local finance and accounting employees. They will also be engaged in all aspects of accounting and finance support functions of the local Branch and recommend appropriate actions needed to achieve established company objectives.

Responsibilities

• Support the Branch Controller with the oversight for AP & AR.
• Train, supervise, and develop finance and accounting department employees.
• Prepare general ledger account analysis and reconciliations to balance sheet.
• Assist in reviewing Profit and Loss statements and make any necessary adjustments.
• Assist with monthly system and accounting close and prepare month end accounting schedules and reports.
• Train, supervise and develop finance and accounting department employees.
• Assist with various functions which may include Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Inventory, Asset Management, Servicing Commissions and Order Entry.
• Track and produce data for reporting as required.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3-5 years of finance and or accounting experience.
• A minimum of 1-3 years of management experience.
• BA/BS in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong organizational ability and demonstrate attention to detail.

Compensation for this position

The compensation range for this role is $73,900.00-$106,840.00. The listed salary range or contractual rate excludes bonuses, incentives, differential pay, and any other forms of compensation or benefits. The starting salary will be determined by several variables, including but not limited to experience, education, training, certification, and location. You may also be eligible to receive an annual discretionary incentive award, commissions, and program-specific awards, which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
