The Product Manager, specifically for Direct View LED, assumes responsibility for product life cycle activities for the direct view LED product lines. With direction from the Director, Product Marketing they are responsible for managing the product throughout the product lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, to deliver industry-leading products. It also includes working with sales, marketing, and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager’s job also includes ensuring that the product and marketing efforts support the company’s overall strategy and goals. The Product Manager must be able to communicate with all areas of the company as well as other worldwide sales offices and product development groups in Germany and Japan. The Product Manager will work with marketing communications to define the go-to-market strategy, helping them understand the product positioning, key benefits, and target customers. They will also serve as the internal and external evangelist for their product offering, working with the sales channel and key customers.
The successful candidate must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality. Product Manager must enjoy spending time in the market to understand challenges and opportunities and find innovative solutions for the broader market.

Compensation for this position
The compensation range for this role is $100,000-$115,000. The listed salary range or contractual rate excludes bonuses, incentives, differential pay, and any other forms of compensation or benefits. The starting salary will be determined by several variables, including but not limited to experience, education, training, certification, and location. You may also be eligible to receive an annual discretionary incentive award, commissions, and program-specific awards, which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
