Under the general supervision of a Field Service Supervisor or Field Service Manager, the Applications Technical Support Representative is responsible for overall customer support in Papercut and Print Audit. Applications Technical Support Rep. provides and maintains excellent customer service and serves as the frontline service contact for our external and internal customers. Applications Technical Support Representatives are expected to possess expert-level knowledge and skill. While overall functions and responsibleness fall under the Sales department, day-to-day supervision will be within Service.
