Primary responsibility of the Channel Sales Representative is to perform all administrative functions in support of our revenue generating sell into the resellers for the Home Appliance business. The CSR will be assigned specific tasks across all sales channels with a primary focus on administrative duties.  Some of the administrative duties include: - Vendor portal full access responsible for model and item set up SHARP’s reselling partners. - SHARP system access capable of running shipping reports, customer activity reports, and price reporting to monitor and enforce our MAP Policy. - MAP reporting and monitoring to protect our brand and maintain Premium market positioning. Some of the sales duties include: - Building dealer relationships with owner/principals, in-store sales people, service technicians, and all facets of the dealers business. - Developing connection with local third party service companies while working with SHARP Service team. - The CSR will profile the dealership and the sales representatives who are within the dealership to determine where to focus their time and energy and in achieving the above KPI's. - The CSR will coordinate with their assigned SHARP sales leader on any and all aspects to ensure the greatest success for our SHARP brand and products. - Provide timely updates to all parties on performance, opportunities, concerns, key dealer sales reps/contacts and needs like training, pricing, meetings, etc. to drive growth and achievement of the dealer's primary objectives and SHARP's quota performance.

The SAP Data Analyst verifies and enters all Customer Master, Material Master Vendor Master and Pricing Information for SBS and organizes various reporting requirements related to new and changed master data information. The SDA must thoroughly understand the SAP design of the customer master, material master and pricing files and the SBS database in order to ensure the accuracy of the data and functionality of the system. The SAP Data Analyst will maintain, analyze, make system /process recommendations and complete all SBS centralized functions. The SAP Data Analyst must maintain a high level of customer service with field sales and support people and with the SBS management team.
