The Delivery Driver is responsible for ensuring the safe and timely transport of Sharp Business Systems products to local customer base. This customer service focused position is often the first impression of the Sharp Business Systems team to meet internal and external customer needs and expectations.
Reporting to the Team Sales Manager, the Sales Support Assistant provides administrative and marketing support to sales staff at branch locations.
Primary responsibility for the Sales Associate (SA) is to drive sales for our Home Appliance products tied to a specific sales budget and overall assigned territory plan to be achieved. The Sales Associate will engage with resellers, distributors, e-commerce targeted accounts through sales activities, and be responsible for and measured by the following KPI sales performance metrics:
- Year over year sales growth of dealers/retailers in named territory accounts.
- Managing administrative processes relevant to efficiently maximizing sales
- Vendor Scorecard measurements from key resellers to include sales, service, support and operational efficiency
The Sales Associate will be assigned specific tasks across all sales channels with a primary focus on revenue generating activities. Primary duties include:
- Reseller engagement to drive sell through into consumer’s homes, condominiums, apartments.
- Vendor portal responsibility for model and item set up at SHARP’s reselling partners.
- SHARP system access capable of running shipping reports, customer activity reports, and price reporting to monitor and enforce our MAP Policy.
- MAP reporting and monitoring to protect our brand and maintain Premium market positioning.
The Logistics Supervisor is responsible for monitoring and coordinating the activities of a component or group of component logistical operations, such as set up, delivery or warehousing functions within a branch operation. The Logistics Supervisor may alternatively be responsible for the total logistical operation of a single location within a larger branch operation and/or assisting the Logistics Manager in coordinating all branch logistics operations.
The Business Development Representative is a specialized in-house sales role that works closely with the SBS outside sales team. The primary responsibility of this position is to generate qualified new client leads and to set initial appointments for branch sales representatives. Additional functions include maintaining contact with current customers to determine additional needs and updating the customer relationship management database.
The Sales Coordinator (Order Processing/Billing) position is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of branch sales order requests and contracts and while ensuring orders and contracts are processed in compliance with all Sharp Electronics policies and procedures.
Reporting directly to the Regional Technical Resource Manager, the MITS Engineer will be responsible for supporting multiple small to mid-sized clients with their project labor and managed network service needs across multiple markets. The MITS Engineer will have direct interaction with clients on a day-to-day basis performing managed service tasks and engineer project-based work.
Under the direct supervision of the Branch Field Service Manager, the Field Service Representative (1) is responsible for properly maintaining a territory of Sharp equipment along with maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through proper communications and maintenance of equipment.
To support our growing business, we are looking for additional Sales Account Executives to increase revenue in our Sharp Business Systems division. Currently, we are hiring in our Chattanooga area sales team.
The Sales Account Executive role is responsible for the execution of new business strategy and directly managing the interactions with existing customers to increase sales of an organization's products and/or services.
Under the direct supervision of the Branch Field Service Manager, the Field Service Representative (3) is responsible for properly maintaining a territory of Sharp equipment while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through proper communications and maintenance of equipment. As an experienced Field Service Technician, this position may also work closely with entry level Field Service Technicians in the form of a mentor or by receiving assistance with special or large accounts.

The Technology Solutions Specialist (TSS) is a specialized sales professional, entirely focused on Sharp Business Systems’ IT Services and Software Solutions offering in the SMB (small, medium business) market segment. Responsibility for driving sales both as an individual contributor (identifying, developing and closing) and also team selling, collaborating with branch sales executives as a client-facing subject matter expert.
The Government and Major Account Manager is responsible for all territory development and sales of Sharp corporate digital copier, printer, Smart Office Solutions, and Display products available to our channel partners. With a vertical focus on Federal/State/Local Government Accounts, Educational Institutions,and Medical facilities. This person will also be responsible for working with the Channel in promoting Major Account Programs and securing new Major Account transactions to Major/Mid Major commercial accounts within an assigned territory.
This position is covering the Southeast Coastal Region and can be worked remotely from any of the following markets: DE, VA, MD, NC, SC, GA, KY
