Primary responsibility for the Sales Associate (SA) is to drive sales for our Home Appliance products tied to a specific sales budget and overall assigned territory plan to be achieved. The Sales Associate will engage with resellers, distributors, e-commerce targeted accounts through sales activities, and be responsible for and measured by the following KPI sales performance metrics:
- Year over year sales growth of dealers/retailers in named territory accounts.
- Managing administrative processes relevant to efficiently maximizing sales
- Vendor Scorecard measurements from key resellers to include sales, service, support and operational efficiency
The Sales Associate will be assigned specific tasks across all sales channels with a primary focus on revenue generating activities. Primary duties include:
- Reseller engagement to drive sell through into consumer’s homes, condominiums, apartments.
- Vendor portal responsibility for model and item set up at SHARP’s reselling partners.
- SHARP system access capable of running shipping reports, customer activity reports, and price reporting to monitor and enforce our MAP Policy.
- MAP reporting and monitoring to protect our brand and maintain Premium market positioning.
The Business Development Representative is a specialized in-house sales role that works closely with the SBS outside sales team. The primary responsibility of this position is to generate qualified new client leads and to set initial appointments for branch sales representatives. Additional functions include maintaining contact with current customers to determine additional needs and updating the customer relationship management database.
Under the direct supervision of the Branch Field Service Manager, the Field Service Representative (3) is responsible for properly maintaining a territory of Sharp equipment while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through proper communications and maintenance of equipment. As an experienced Field Service Technician, this position may also work closely with entry level Field Service Technicians in the form of a mentor or by receiving assistance with special or large accounts.
The Sales Coordinator (Order Processing/Billing) position is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of branch sales order requests and contracts and while ensuring orders and contracts are processed in compliance with all Sharp Electronics policies and procedures.
Reporting directly to the Regional Technical Resource Manager, the MITS Engineer will be responsible for supporting multiple small to mid-sized clients with their project labor and managed network service needs across multiple markets. The MITS Engineer will have direct interaction with clients on a day-to-day basis performing managed service tasks and engineer project-based work.

Additional duties include diagnosing and resolving technical issues over the phone by using advanced remote management tools or on-site and logging tickets into our ticketing database to track time and facilitate tactical report generation.
