The Customer Service representative (CSR) will be able to perform all of the duties of an Associate CSR, while in addition providing customer support for a wide variety of customer related issues; to include assistance with billing questions and demonstrating a comprehensive knowledge of customer service and other assorted customer inquiries to achieve total customer satisfaction.

The Delivery Driver is responsible for ensuring the safe and timely transport of Sharp Business Systems products to local customer base.  This customer service focused position is often the first impression of the Sharp Business Systems team to meet internal and external customer needs and expectations.

The SBS Regional Branch Controller is responsible for the Management of Branch financial and administrative operations in multiple locations (Bellevue/Seattle and San Francisco). The Regional Branch Controller establishes proper processes and controls to ensure compliance with corporate directed policy and procedure. This role also serves as the senior financial and business advisor to Branch Leadership in multiple branch locations, ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day business and in developing long term strategic plans.   This position can either be located in Bellevue, Washington OR Pleasanton, CA.

To support our growing business, Sharp Electronics is looking for a Selling Sales Managerto increase sales in our Business Systems division. We are currently hiring for opportunities in our Tampa area sales office.     The Selling Sales Manager is responsible for sales activities of a team of Account Executives ensuring that all team members meet established sales quotas. In addition, this person is also responsible for establishing and achieving individual sales targets and quota.  This role works closely with other members of the leadership team to develop and execute new business strategies.

The Technology Solutions Specialist (TSS)/ IT Sales Engineer is a specialized sales professional, entirely focused on Sharp Business Systems’ IT Services and Software Solutions offering in the SMB (small, medium business) market segment. Responsibility for driving sales both as an individual contributor (identifying, developing and closing) and also team selling, collaborating with branch sales executives as a client-facing subject matter expert.

The Regional Sales Order Process Manager oversees the entirety of the sales order processing, lease administration and coordination functions within the region.   The position is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of all branch sales orders and contracts, in compliance with all Sharp Electronics policies and procedures.  The manager is responsible for hiring, mentoring and developing a team of sales coordinators and will work closely with other senior members of the administration staff as well as sales and service leaders. 

The Senior Systems and Network Engineer will be responsible for supporting multiple small to mid-sized clients with their IT projects, performing assessments, presenting findings and recommendations, and installing and configuring hardware and our products and services. You will work as a member of the branch Engineering team and with the Specialists to keep and attract new business and provide mentoring to less tenured Engineers. You will be a trusted advisor to the branch, Specialists, and clients.

Under the direction of the Senior Director of Media Production and the Manager of Media Production, the Associate Digital Media Producer is responsible for performing the duties required by the Media Production team. The successful candidate should have a working familiarity with the inner workings of our studio and the equipment within, this includes video cameras, audio boards/recorders, microphones, lighting, professional video switchers, and video encoder hardware used for producing live feeds. Also, candidate will be required to act as a liaison with marketing and training teams to produce any and all content. Corresponding with internal and external customers via email and telephone, and performing administrative duties as necessary. This position is based in Montvale, NJ corporate headquarters.

The Order Processing Specialist/Sales Coordinator position is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of branch sales orders in compliance with all Sharp Electronics policies and procedures.

This Inventory Coordinator position is responsible for ensuring that all equipment, supplies, and materials are received, stored, catalogued, and shipments prepared in a manner consistent with Sharp Business Systems best practices. Must maintain and coordinate appropriate stock levels through inventory controls.

Responsible to the Human Resources Director for developing, implementing, and coordinating safety and environmental policies and programs in an assembly manufacturing operation to comply with state and federal regulations and Company policy.

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the Sr. Mechanical Engineer designs, prototypes and validates new products while collaborating across the Sharp organization. Responsible for product component design and assembly design, validation within budget, and on schedule and meeting performance requirements. Strong focus on mechanical disciplines including plastic and steel component prototyping and tooling, FMEA, CAD, PDM, specifications, supplier collaboration, stage gate process. Comfortable with digital engineering tools and best practices, hands-on prototyping, manufacturing support and product validation. The strongest candidate has a genuine passion for creating excellent consumer products.

Responsible to the Supply Chain Director for the sourcing, negotiation, and procurement of goods and services to support the manufacturing and sales of product. Responsibilities include coordinating the efforts of the buyers to meet company goals, developing and monitoring company cost down plans and monitoring service parts.

Responsible to the Accounting Director for conducting complex assignments involving all cost, inventory, and fixed asset processes.  The position requires a broad knowledge of practices and procedures and calls for originality and ingenuity in developing strategies, as well as high level attention to detail.
